Please Note: These are flat rate prices. There are no hidden fees, we don't care how many square feet your
new home has ( like some companies ) or how much it cost ( like some others ). We keep it simple.
These prices include a thorough home inspection and a complete copy of that report provided to you.
Additionally, ( unlike other companies ) we then type a two ( 2 ) or three ( 3 ) page summary of that
inspection identifying the problem areas that need attention and email a copy to you, your attorney
and Realtor as well the same day so all of you are on the same page at the same time !
We also print and mail a hard copy of that summary to you to be placed in the 20+ page report given to you
at the end of our inspection.
Also Read This: For pricing purposes, a Condo is like an apartment you own. Often there is a common hallway, the
building has a street address and you have a unit number. If you have your own street address,
front door, H.V.A.C. system, hot water heater, garage, and / or other items similar to a single
family home with the exception of being attached to another unit, you most likely have a Town Home.

Many people feel that if their home is newer, they won't have a Radon problem. Nothing can be further from the truth. Radon is
an odorless and colorless gas which comes up from the ground through cracks in basement floors and is caused by the natural
breakdown of Uranium in the soil. Newer homes are more likely to trap Radon gas and have a problem simply because they are
remarkably air tight due to energy conservation standards. Older homes are draftier which tends to vent this gas to the outdoors.
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer and the number one killer in the home according to the Harvard School of
Public Health. If you spend a lot of time in your basement or are planning on finishing it, Radon testing is highly recommended.

Indoor Air Quality Testing ( IAQ ) - "Mold In The Air?"
$295.00 This is our standard price and normally all that is necessary to satisfy most inspection requirements for Indoor Air Quality ( IAQ ) testing.
This price includes Overnight FedEx Express Shipping, all Lab Fees and A 24 Hr. Lab turnaround time. Please Note: Neither the Lab nor FedEx work weekends. Samples received by the Lab on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
$40.00 Additional per sample for homes that require testing beyond the 3 - Sample standard test quoted above. This is our actual cost for testing and supplies.

The above listed prices are in effect as of 05/01/2010. These of course are subject to change at any time so please call us to confirm.
Normally we would not post our prices as we don’t want our competition to know how we keep so busy but in the interest of
customer service, and to make your life a little bit easier, we will honor these prices regardless of accuracy if you mention that you
found them on our web site.
Usually we can schedule an appointment for you within 24 hours of your call, however during our busy season, occasionally we
need to schedule within 48 – 72 hours. As most contracts have a 5 business day inspection clause, this has not proven to be a
problem. We also have evening and week-end appointments available at no extra charge but as they are the most popular,
we advise making your appointment early to reserve those time slots.
Please bring the name and email address of your attorney to the inspection. In addition to providing you with a complete same
day copy of the on site home inspection report, we can email to them and anyone else at your discretion, a typed copy of the home
inspection report summary page. This is done usually before the end of the business day but always before the start of the next
business day.
